Our Choirs

Registration is open to ALL students, with no auditions or prior experience necessary. 
Choirs follow the Wells-Ogunquit Community School District calendar with rehearsals taking place Mondays from September through May at: 
Historical Society of Wells and Ogunquit 
938 Post Rd, Wells, Maine 

Children's Choir

Grades K - 3
3:45 - 4:50pm
(One-time yearly tuition per student)

Youth Choir

Grades 4 - 7
5:10 - 6:30pm
(One-time yearly tuition per student)

Advanced Choir

Grades 8 - 12
6:45 - 8:00pm
(One-time yearly tuition per student)
All choirs perform at least two concerts per year (December & May), with often community opportunities for additional performances, which we take advantage of whenever possible.

Select Choir

Our year-round select ensemble meets twice per month, and additionally as needed, to prepare for performances.
Auditions are held in March for students grade 6 through 12

Rehearsals take place at either Atlantic Harmonies Studios or the Historical Society of Wells & Ogunquit. 


We are pleased to offer our Atlantic Harmonies Youth Choirs Internship Program for choral directing and piano accompaniment.
Applicants should be familiar with our mission statement and possess a passion for bringing joy to students in our choir programs through music and mentorship.

We will accept one applicant per ensemble, per semster.

Fall Semester: September through December
Spring Semester: January through May

High School Choir Director

Open to students in grades 11 and 12 who have their sights set on a career in music performance, music education, or a similar applicable field (including early childhood education and other similar studies). 

Selected interns will work under and learn from the ensemble director and be provided with opportunities for independent leadership and teaching as the semester progresses. 

All high school interns will receive a choral conducting masterclass.

Collegiate Choir Director

Open to any individual currently studying in the field of music, music education, or music performance (including early childhood education and other similar studies). 

Selected interns will work alongside the ensemble director and be provided opportunities for independent teaching, participating in the program decision-making process, sit (temporarily) on the board of directors (ex-officio), and have the option for directing performances.

Piano Accompanist

Open to any high school student in grades 11 or 12, or any college student studying music (we will consider piano performance majors, music education majors, music performance majors, etc.). 

Interns will work in conjunction with our rehearsal pianists and be given opportunities for independent rehearsals and performance.
